The National Women's Studies Association invites organizations, businesses, and institutions that align with our mission to advertise, exhibit, and sponsor at the NWSA Annual Conference. Interested partners can purchase an exhibitor/sponsorship package below.

Annually, our conference brings over 2,000 feminists, academics, activists, local leaders, and organizers to the city we are in. Our program book and online program website are utilized consistently throughout the day by our conference attendees, and our exhibit hall is one of our main attractions (other than our 500+ sessions on the latest feminist scholarship)!!

À La Carte Advertising & Exhibiting

We have multiple À La Carte options for advertisements and exhibiting at the NWSA Annual Conference. We offer print advertisements, Conference Mobile App Banner Advertisements, and a Standard Exhibitor Booth. You can purchase any of the options here! We encourage all potential exhibitors to review our booth packages to receive the most reach to our attendees.

After purchasing, please send all print and digital advertisements to nationaloffice@nwsa.org by August 1st, 2026 to be featured in the program.
