The NWSA Annual Conference invites opportunities for print and digital advertising opportunities for organizations, businesses, and institutions that align with our mission. Annually, our conference brings over 1,800 feminists, academics, activist, local leaders, and organizers to the city we are in. Our program book, online program, conference app, and website are utilized consistently throughout the day by our conference attendees. Purchase a sponsorship package to have your work, organization, or publication viewed by all of our attendees!

Tailored Sponsorship Opportunities 

In addition to our standard Sponsorship Packages, NWSA is excited to offer multiple tailored sponsorship opportunities. Potential partners are invited to sponsor initiatives like our Childcare Room, Translation Services, and Student Engagement opportunities! Your logo and information would be shared consistently across our website, program book, and conference app as a highlighted sponsor of these initiatives. 

Print Program Advertisements

The Annual Conference Program Book is a keepsake and central guide for all conference attendees. We welcome advertisements for 

  • full-page ads
  • half-page ads
  • advertisements for our inside front cover
  • advertisements for our outside back cover 

Our Program Book provides information about navigating our Convention Center site, keynote speakers and sessions, highlighted programs, ands events. 

After purchasing, please send all print advertisements to nationaloffice@nwsa.org by August 1st, 2026 to be featured in the program.

Looking for additional advertising opportunities? Purchase a Banner Advertisement in our Annual Conference mobile app to receive consistent face time with our attendees! Our attendees use our mobile app to find sessions, look at exhibitors, chat with other attendees and more!
